Her passion and determination landed her with culinary luminaries and pastry legend Pierre Hermé and global icon Wolfgang Puck.
She credits her time working with Dan Barber as transformative. It was during her time at Blue Hill at Stone Barns that Nicole’s innovation and artisanal confections took shape. It was truly a garden of earthly delights.
