Born in California, Nicole Del Pino is a professional chef with a career spanning over three decades along both coast lines. Her journey through the most prestigious kitchens placed her alongside the best chefs in the world. Her passion and determination landed her with culinary luminaries and pastry legend Pierre Hermé and global icon Wolfgang Puck.

She credits her time working with Dan Barber as transformative. It was during her time at Blue Hill at Stone Barns that Nicole’s innovation and artisanal confections took shape. It was truly a garden of earthly delights.

Through her relentless pursuit to break from traditional culinary boundaries and redefine the notions of her craft and the materials associated with it, each Broquelet creation captures her unique perspective and elevates the expression of raw beauty.
